How Powerful Are Your Facebook Stats?

Did you know that there are over one billion monthly recurring users on Facebook? When fans are sending comments and questions to companies, they usually are wanting a quick response time or at least some type of response. You can look at the Response Time by Hour report and see where you need to make improvements when responding the fans. As you can see from the report, FitBit needs to make an improvement on how quickly they are responding if they want to keep all of their fans happy. The bottom of the Response Time by Hour report will show you what hours a Facebook page will have its peak fan activity and what hours the page has the quickest page response times.



Response Rate Summary

The Response Rate Summary page will help marketers and brand managers better understand what percentage of their fan inquiries the Facebook page is responding to. The below example again is from the FitBit Facebook page. For the specific time period chosen, FitBit is responding 66% of the time and (and ignoring the other 34% of fans). If a fan is posting something, they most likely want a response but that is something that the individual Facebook page needs to decide upon on what they are looking for.
